Traditional Tasting Experience is designed to be an introduction to traditional values of the Rossi Family Winery & Distillery. It includes a short tour through the winery’s outdoor and indoor spaces and the tasting of five of the Rossi's most representative DOC wines, accompanied by traditional Istrian cold plate with homemade products.
The program is private based and lasts for approximately an hour and a half.

In addition to being an introduction to the Rossi Family Winery & Distillery's tradition, the Innovative Tasting Experience focuses on exploring creative new tastes introduced by the fifth generation of the family.
It includes a tour through the winery’s outdoor and indoor spaces including the wine cellar and distillery, the tasting of three of the Rossi's most sought after DOC wines accompanied by traditional Istrian cold plate with homemade products, and the tasting of two original Rossi Signature coctails.
The program is private based and lasts for approximately an hour and a half.

Immersive Tasting Experience offers a comprehensive insight into philosophy behind the Rossi's approach to winemaking. It includes an introduction to the Rossi Family Winery & Distillery, a tour through the winery’s outdoor and indoor spaces, and a detailed tour through the wine cellar and distillery, explaining the phases and intricacies of their award-winning production process.
The experience ends with the tasting of ten of Rossi's finest and most representative DOC wines, as well as Šovran XO, a special brandy from indigenous Istrian grape varieties, made and aged in the manner of the most prestigious French cognacs.
Tastings will be accompanied by traditional Istrian cold plate with homemade products.
The program is exclusive and limited to max eight persons. The tour and the tastings will be personally guided by a winemaker of the fifth generation of the Rossi family vintners.
The program lasts between two and two and a half hours.
