Traditional Istrian cherry aromatized by maceration of 15 different Mediterranean herbs and aged 6 months in barrique barrels .. It has a beautiful color of golden resin and a fine dessert. The smell is pleasant and reminds of walnut, almond, hazelnut and sage. The taste is dry, warm and even a little trunk, but still pleasant, with an intense long and hardy finish.
Best served at 10-12°C with ratatouille and other boiled and roasted vegetable dishes.
